Production Supervisor

* Production
- Provides actual capacity for production planning based on manpower planning, production line status, maintenance plan and risk assessment of various other issues that could potentially affect output
- Coordinate with HR department to hiring operator align with budget and production plan.
- Coordinate with Maintenance suppervisor to work on Preventive Maintenance Plan machine.
- Monitoring and Arrange manpower to solve the incident in line (quality, breakdown...) to ensure the line runs smoothly and in compliance with quality, safety, 5S, sustainability and labor efficiency standards (including stop and re- start production line)
- Conduct inventory for raw material and finish good in production line.
- Monitoring scrap evolution in the production line and taking actions for controlling it within defined limits as well as improving it progressively
- Ensure production fulfillment (output), taking the action to recover from deviation right away
- Ensure maintenance LV1
- Provide weekly reports on output, productivity, scrap, pareto and kaizen.
*New project:
- Prepare manpower and Ensures there is a training plan in place for new staff as well as a plan to re- qualify staff in all the necessary competencies for production in the form of production training records for each production model and its fulfillment
- Coordinate with Engineering Team, Quality Process and Quality Projects teams to work on new projects and new products. Making sure project hand- over smoothly to mass production.
* Continual Improving
- Monitoring continuous improvement activity in production line.
* Manage the Change in process:
- Monitoring for the change in production line to ensure there&039;re not any change without approval.
- Cooperating with Quality Process & Manufacturing Engineer to solve the issues arise in production area and inform to manger in time.

- Developing, motivating, and challenging team members with the aim to develop the team
- Following up the job carried out by his team and detects blocking points or risks
- Coaching employee under area of responsibility
- Enforcing company policies and guidelines to employees
- Defining priorities according to situation, context and direction received from management
- Evaluating performance of staff under supervision
