Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Controls the timely supply of electronic equipment with spare parts and materials.
• Repairs devices and takes measures to improve their operation.
• Creates applications for spare parts for it, technical documentation for repairs, and creates a work report.
• Takes part in checking the technical condition of electronic equipment, conducting preventive inspections, and accepting for developing electronic equipment that is put into operation again.
• Monitors the technical condition of the control and measuring equipment used.
• Keeps his workplace clean.
• Performs planned technical inspection of equipment and power tools in production and tool calibration.
• Keeps records and analyzes indicators of the quantities of electronic equipment that was repaired.
• Knows the technical characteristics, design features, purpose, and modes of operation of the enterprise&039;s equipment (conveyor lines, test blocks, CNC machines), and the rules of its technical operation.
• Implements measures for timely and high- quality performance of repair work according to approved documentation.
• Checks the performance of the device on the test equipment designed for this purpose according to the test methods.
• Ensures correct technical operation, and uninterrupted operation of production equipment.
