Job Summary
The main duty is to assist and provide support to Senior Project Manager/Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager in Architectural related issues from planning to implementation stage including design, submission, Authority’s approval, construction and post development.
We are seeking a candidate with strong skills in design management, including design control and review with design consultants, contractor drawing review, and supervision.
To diligently carry out all relevant policies, procedures and practices as defined in the QEMS and to be implemented in the department by this designation.
Key Responsibilities
· ​​To assist Senior Project Manager/Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager in design check and review, and optimization of design prepared by Architect consultants;
· To conduct and evaluate the detail alternative designs (Architectural) & solutions of implementation in project;
· To monitor defects rectification work;
· To co- review with Senior Architect and recommend for approval finishing / Architectural shop drawings & materials submission by Contractor;
· To attend Site Meeting and Construction, Implementation & Quality Control Meeting.
· To ensure that proper coordinated design information is provided by the design consultants to the contractors for the timely completion of the project;
· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
· To liaise with internal departments and consultants with regards to engineering and infrastructure operation matters;
· To provide technical support to Construction Management team on design and construction issues;
· To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company;
· To track and monitor all architectural activities inclusive development of design, issuance of drawings, submission of technical drawings, tender, contract, construction documentation and implementation;

Qualifications
· Degree in Architecture
Competencies Required
· Minimum 5~7 years of experience or years of experience with relevant projects with project management/ consultant/ contractor/ real- estate investor.
Skills & Abilities
· Be skilled and experienced user some of software for design
