Sales Administration & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and updated information in the Opla CRM system for all sales opportunities and projects.
Ensure sales activities, opportunity stages, and required documents are properly recorded and updated.
Internal Coordination
Act as the coordination point between Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other internal departments.
Facilitate communication and ensure internal teams receive necessary information to support proposals and projects.
Project Coordination Support
Track project documentation, key milestones, and internal action items to ensure smooth project coordination.
Support the internal handover of awarded projects from Sales to operational teams.
Proposal & Tender Support
Coordinate with Marketing and internal teams to gather supporting materials and references.
Assist the Sales team in preparing proposals, vendor registrations, prequalification documents, and tender submissions.
Administrative Support
Support meeting coordination, internal documentation, and administrative tasks such as travel arrangements or expense submissions.
Maintain organized records of sales and project documentation.
Yêu cầu công việc
Interest to learn and understand technical drawings – a plus-
From 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
University degree in Business Administration, English or similar.
Good time management and problem- solving skills.
Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
Proficient in English both spoken and written.
Willing to travel overseas when required.
