Project Director

Lead internal and external project teams, ensuring alignment across design, construction, legal, and finance departments.
Lead planning and execution of hotel/resort and commercial plaza projects while balancing cost, quality, and time.
Direct end- to- end project development, from feasibility studies and master planning to construction, fit- out, and grand opening.
Provide monthly reports, financial tracking, and milestone updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive value engineering without compromising quality or luxury standards.
Ensure all developments comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and hospitality standards.
Coordinate with hotel operators, international consultants, and investors throughout the project.
Manage contracts, construction schedules, risk assessments, and procurement strategies.
Oversee design development with architects and consultants to ensure the vision reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

Minimum 7 years of experience managing large- scale, luxury project developments.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, FF&E/OS&E, and handover procedures.
Proven track record in successful delivery of international- standard hotel or resort projects.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience working with international hotel brands is highly preferred.
Good in English
