Project Executive

Ensuring health and safety, product safety and environment comply with Olam standards.

Deliver approach, clearly prioritized work plan and anticipate issues
Lead all the factory projects from the design, execution and handover phase. Coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross- functional team. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It includes from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout.
Developing technical, communication, networking, managerial and leadership abilities (coordinate accordingly production, quality, R&D, finance, etc
Rigorously check, measure and audit against requirements
Education requirement: Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical engineer
English ability, computer skill: good
Computer knowledge: MS word, MS Excel, Autocad, Solidworks,....
Experience related to position: 4 years
