PROJECT LEAD - MANUFACTURING

Supervise the application of safety and hygiene during project deployment as necessary
Design or arrange for the design of complete building / structure / processing / finishing line that will be able to compete globally in terms of cost and efficiency and other KPI’s.
Ensure that all project do not encounter any accident and that the SHE targets are met at all times.
Ensure that the entire project is within budget and that all modifications and corrections fall within the expected budget
Select a suitable / modern design / process / packaging systems technology to be used as basis of project design
Preliminarily select & recommend suppliers of equipment, materials and installation for buying and the Board of Directors as reference. Participate in tender evaluation as necessary.
Resolve all arising issues during installation, construction and execution, adjust promptly to meet schedule and planned timelines
Supervise the selected contractors and own staff to achieve the installation quality and quantity desired and meet the timeline/deadlines as required by the company
Ensure the design / construction project are according to the brief or the long term plan / objective of the company and that the project contributes to the desired business objective
Plan, prioritise, and manage multiple engineering projects; prioritise tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. Evaluate and authorise changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. Lead the most complex or critical engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimise delays. Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service. Select, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of project managers to ensure that projects are completed on- time, within budget and according to project specifications.

Knowledge of modern food factory and related technology
Design and design evaluation skill
Engineer specialized in Mechanical / Automation Or building design or food industry and trained on the right engineering technology as required.
