Project Management Specialist

IMPROVEMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Understand the company and the department&039;s organization structure to coordinate with other departments.
Leading and prepare all document project from kick off to closing and data analysis.
Utilize company resources, such as research, data, analytics, partnership to form the best practices to manage daily operations.
Break down the department&039;s objectives & goals into smaller tasks quarterly, monthly, weekly, ...
Monitor status and operations of all projects and campaigns of the department to allocate work and make on- time delivery.
Assist project manager in project management related tasks such as risk reporting, project budget/resources/… tracking report, open point list and consult to Project manager psroper actions.

MEASUREMENT AND DEVELOP CIP SYSTEM

Weekly/ Monthly CIP system review meeting.
Business data analysis to define project improvement, transformation...etc.
Provide LEAN, PMP methodology to effective project.
Update target monthly, yearly CIP (Continuous improvement process).
Follow up tracking budget of project monthly, yearly.
Provide leadership to engagement stakeholders, team members.
Training for internal for project management skill…etc.

Main Tasks assigned by Process & LEAN Manager

Other tasks assigned by Process & LEAN Manager & Plant Director.
Co- ordinate other department to implement CI project. Update the action plan and push team member to finish the tasks

PMP/PMI/ Agile project management certificate
Master’s degree in process engineering, Industrial Engineering
More than 2 years’ experience in Improvement Project Management or Project Management (PMI methodologies, Agile, PMP or Lean Six Sigma), Administration…
Continuous Learning
English level: Proficiency
Experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing
