Project Manager

Coordinate with BA, Dev, QA teams to deliver competitive bid packages.
Work directly with global clients to collect requirements and propose solutions.
Ensure successful handover to delivery teams after winning the bid.
Lead the SWAT team in presales phases: preparing proposals, estimations, demos, and POCs.
As Tech Lead: review system architecture, technical design, and provide technical guidance.

Must Have:

3+ years of experience as a PM or Tech Lead in software development.
Hands- on experience with presales, proposal writing, bidding, or client demos.
Experience working in ITO or outsourcing companies with international clients.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Solid technical understanding.

Nice to Have:

Experience in large systems like ERP, CRM, HRM, or domains such as finance, healthcare, insurance.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, Agile/Scrum workflows.
Strong leadership skills, capable of building and scaling a new tech team.
