Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role acts as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensures effective coordination across cross- functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Planning & Scope Definition:
Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
Break down tasks and set clear milestones Technical
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
Scheduling & Budget Management
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Track milestones and adjust plans as needed
Manage and control project budgets effectively
Team Leadership & Coordination
Resolve conflicts and support team productivity
Lead and coordinate cross- functional teams (technical, operations, sales, etc.)
Assign tasks and monitor team performance
Risk Management
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Identify potential risks and issues
Proactively address project challenges
Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates to management and clients
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
Ensure clear and consistent communication
Documentation Management
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
Ensure all project records are properly stored and updated

Experience & Education:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management
At least 3 years of experience managing Solar/EPC projects
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools such as: Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana….
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall is a plus)
Solid knowledge of solar project lifecycle, EPC processes, and site execution is an advantage
Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills

Soft Skills:

High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem- solving and decision- making skills
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications are preferred
Good English communication skills are a plus
Strong leadership and team management abilities
