Project Manager

This position requires a leader with exceptional decision- making abilities, a keen eye for design, and the capability to inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team to exceed client expectations.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring that each project is executed with precision, creativity, and efficiency, aligning with the company&039;s strategic objectives.
As a Project Manager in our company, you will lead the successful delivery of high- end interior design and construction projects.

Experience in interior design, fit- out, or construction industry with a deep understanding of design processes and materials.
Decisive & Accountable
Strong organizational skills (Time management, Goal setting, Decision making, Problem- solving, Teamwork).
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, driving innovation and continuous improvement in the interior design process.
Knowledge of sustainable practices and materials in interior design, increasingly important in the industry.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) alongside other tools (AutoCAD, MS Office…)
Aesthetic Sensibility
The ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and lead with empathy.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Experience managing high- end residential or commercial interior projects, where attention to detail and client satisfaction are paramount.
Bachelor&039;s degree or master&039;s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex interior design or fit- out projects to successful completion.
Good in English (both written & verbal, be able to fully explain for foreign clients)
