Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Project scope management: general control of the scope of the project, regularly update the report on adjustments and changes of the project, have timely treatment plan to submit to the management for consideration.
Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and suitability of cost plans and cash flow of projects before submitting them to the director for approval.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Consider the bidding plan, technical plans, construction implementation plans to ensure the project efficiency and win the highest bid.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Organize the coordination of bidding for specific projects.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Report and escalate to BOD as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget.
Participate in standardizing the training project process, training/ share experiences in doing projects with internal departments in the company.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Developing relationships, looking for new projects.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Able to use Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
Good Communication and interpersonal skill.
Management skills, leadership skills, problem- solving and decision- making skills, Risk Management, Change Management, System Management, Human Resources Management, Insurance, International Trade, Law.
Capable to prepare detail project schedule in Microsoft Project, reviewing the project in- depth to schedule deliverables and control project budget.
Master the entire project profile from the beginning to the end of the project.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/ Architecture, project management, Mechanical engineers, construction, electrical, economics, planning or equivalent.
Fluently in English.
Have PMP certificate.
Knowledge of design, finishing and installation. Knowledge of the company&039;s management system.
At least from 5 to 7 year(s) of working experience in the related Interior or Construction field is required for this position.
Self- motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
At least 03 years of experience managing the department of the company and 02 years of experience in managing the project/ part of the project.
