Project Manager

Manage and work closely with project member to help them do their job with highest performance and motivation.
Manage project performance based on JIRA tool and others
Ensure all deliverables are released on- time with predefined quality
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.
Report and escalate to management as needed
Tracking project progress, cost and quality
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Direct and monitor project team to execute project based on defined project plan
Manage project from planning to closing
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create project plan based on project scope and requirement

Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum…)
Proficiency at MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point and MS Project
WBS, scheduling and progress tracking are mandatory skills for this position
Good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
Soft- skill abilities, especially communication, decision- making, reporting and documentation skills
Have strong knowledge in project management areas like scope management, resource management, time management, cost management, risk management and quality management
At least 5 years of total working experience in project management or equivalent positions
Fluent communication in English or Japanese
Strong knowledge in the software development life- cycle from requirement definition to system testing
Mastered at least one software development estimation method
Excellent skills in English or Japanese communication (both written and spoken)
PMI- PMP/ PMI- ACP certificate
Nice to have:
Experience with JIRA
Familiar with mobile application development projects.
Software programming languages and business analysis skills
