Project & Client Management
Oversee and coordinate the entire implementation process, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Receive briefs from clients, analyze requirements, and develop suitable proposals.
Develop overall project plans, including timeline, budget, personnel, and resources.
Maintain regular communication with clients, provide progress updates, and handle any arising requests.
Internal & External Coordination
Manage risks and provide timely solutions during project execution.
Work with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service/product quality.
Collaborate with departments such as Art Design, Show & Visual, and Production & Technical for effective project execution.
Financial & Project Performance Management
Track the efficiency of each project, draw lessons, and suggest improvements for future projects.
Manage project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
Leadership & Team Development
Guide, train, and support junior staff (Executive, Senior Executive).
Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive working environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience in managing large- scale event projects, working directly with clients, and coordinating multiple departments.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work under high pressure and handle situations quickly.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem- solving abilities.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the event industry, preferably in an Event Agency.
