Project Manager - [Blockchain]

Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, timeline
Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
Maintain process documentation
Create and oversee project plans and schedules
Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
Take lead on quality control issues
Other tasks
Drive team members to achieve release goals
Maintain issues and risks log

2–3+ years of experience in software project management (preferably Blockchain, Web3, or Fintech projects).
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
Good English reading and technical writing skills.
