Project Manager cum Business Analyst

Project Management

Lead the end- to- end delivery of internal project and AI implementation projects — from scoping to rollout and post- deployment review.
Define clear project objectives, milestones, and deliverables; ensure timely and quality completion.
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and change requests during project execution.
Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and status dashboards.
Manage communication and coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams (tech, design, product).

Business Analysis

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, or AI models to enhance business efficiency.
Define KPIs and track project ROI to ensure measurable business impact.
Gather and analyze business requirements
Translate business processes into functional and technical specifications for developers
Conduct gap analysis and process optimization studies to improve automation and business intelligence outcomes.

Leadership & Collaboration

Build alignment across business and engineering stakeholders through effective communication.
Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with clients and internal teams.
Foster a culture of transparency, curiosity, and teamwork within the project environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong understanding of business process mapping and system design.
Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in business (e.g., workflow automation, data analytics, forecasting).
Experience using Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana, Trello).
3–5 years of experience in Project Management or Business Analysis for ERP or AI- based software projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Hands- on experience in ERP system customization or AI implementation.
Certification in PMP, PMI- ACP, or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
Exposure to data integration, API- based systems, or process automation tools.
Entrepreneurial or startup experience — comfortable working with ambiguity and iteration.
