Project Manager

● Standardize project management processes- including documentation, communication flow, and reporting templates- to improve efficiency and visibility across teams.
● Managing and supervising marketing projects and evaluating performance after projects independently.
● Working with managers of different marketing teams (digital marketing, channel marketing, marketing communication) to create the collaboration between these teams to build the marketing plan and tasks to implement that plan.
● Creating and managing a campaign timeline, scheduling deadlines and allocating resources.
