Oversee all operational activities of projects to ensure progress and quality.
Lead the end- to- end implementation of software/application development initiatives.
Provide post- project technical support to clients as required.
Execute any additional tasks as directed by direct management.
Prepare documentation and proposals for software/application development projects, including bid presentations and contract negotiations.
Contribute to the creation of standard processes and quality assurance within the unit.
Participate in organizational and human resource development activities.
Required Qualifications
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher, with strong communication skills.
Previous experience working as a Bridge SE (BrSE) or similar role.
Minimum of one year of experience in software project management with Japanese clients.
Solid foundation in software development, with the ability to analyze business and system requirements.
Strong task management and process supervision skills.
Excellent communication and critical thinking ability.
Self- motivated, capable of working under pressure.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Understanding of Japanese work culture and business practices.
Experience in building and training project teams.
Proven track record in managing large- scale projects.
