Project Manager (Khối Global)

Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, conducting milestone and quality reviews.
Provide transparent project reports, highlight challenges, and suggest actionable solutions.
Identify and resolve blockers or performance issues quickly during execution.
Coordinate daily work among cross- functional teams including developers, QAs, UI/UX designers, and business analysts.
Track project progress, anticipate risks, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders.
Break down high- level objectives into detailed tasks and timelines using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methods.
Build and manage project plans that align technical deliverables with business goals.
Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all changes go through proper review processes.
Continuously improve project workflows and contribute to internal PM standards and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (strong experience may substitute for degree).
Hands- on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Proficient in English, especially for client meetings and international collaboration.
Excellent organization, analytical thinking, and problem- solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
2+ years of experience managing software development projects.
Background in software development or a technical field.
Experience working in IT outsourcing or with international clients.
PMP or PMI- ACP certification.
Strong consulting and client- facing communication skills.
