Project Manager (On Tap)

Founded in 2006 & began developing Magento solutions in 2007, On Tap has become the UK’s longest- serving official Magento Solutions Partner. With years of experience, we’ve mastered what makes a great eCommerce site and expanded our expertise to platforms like Shopware, Shopify, and BigCommerce, while maintaining our focus on eCommerce.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated eCommerce Project Manager to help us manage and deliver high- quality commerce projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful collaboration with clients and internal teams, driving delivery excellence, and ultimately contributing to On Tap’s growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities

Quality Control: Review deliverables prior to client presentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and high standards.
Release/Deployment Management: Oversee release schedules and deployment plans, ensuring efficient rollouts.
Requirements & Scope: Define and document client requirements, project scope, and deliverables; manage change requests when deviations arise.
Customer Support Triage: Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging customer support issues, prioritizing tasks and delegating them to the appropriate teams.
Business Insight: Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, processes, and industries to better influence project success.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, threats, or opportunities, escalate when necessary, and mitigate potential impacts.
Bridge Role: Act as the connector between Vietnam- based teams and global stakeholders, fostering alignment and smooth communication.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to workflows, applying lessons learned across projects.
Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project plans, coordinate tasks, and assign appropriate resources.
Project Management: Own accountability for project execution, profitability, and timeline from kickoff to launch.

Key Requirements

Being equipped with a technical mindset (previous development experience can be a plus)
Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools (especially Jira), methodologies, and best practices
Proven experience in project management within eCommerce or related technology environments with at least 2 years of experience.
Good spoken and written English communication skills (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).

Salary: Up to $1500. Reviewed every 6 months
5- day workweek, from 9AM to 6.15PM, Monday to Friday.
