Project Manager (PM)

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Implementation

Ensure effective coordination of project activities across participating countries and partner universities
Oversee the implementation of training programs, workshops, and regional collaboration initiatives
Lead the overall planning and implementation of the READY Project in alignment with project objectives and workplans

READY Hub Development and Integration

Coordinate with technology partners and project stakeholders to ensure the platform supports training delivery, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
Ensure the READY Hub is effectively utilized by partner universities and project participants
Provide strategic oversight for the development and integration of the READY Hub digital platform within project activities

Project Management and Coordination

Supervise the Project Coordinator and ensure smooth day- to- day project operations
Coordinate with universities, industry partners, and regional stakeholders involved in the project

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting

Oversee monitoring and evaluation processes, including progress tracking and data analysis
Ensure timely preparation of narrative and technical reports required by the donor
Use monitoring data and feedback to improve project implementation

Financial and Administrative Oversight

Ensure project implementation complies with donor requirements and organizational policies
Monitor project budget utilization in coordination with VietHope’s finance team

Qualifications

Ability to work in an international and cross- cultural environment
Experience working with donor- funded or multi- stakeholder projects is highly desirable
At least 4 years of experience in project management or program leadership
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, international development, social sciences, business, technology, or related fields
Experience working with universities, NGOs, or regional development initiatives is an advantage
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem- solving skills
