Project Manager ( Quản lý dự án nội thất văn phòng)

We are seeking a talented and visionary Project Manager who will be passionate about corporate Design & Build field. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each project, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, high specifications and targets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Winning the Bid (Tender Phase)
- Lead the project team to prep high- quality tender documents.
- Collaborate with our Account Managers to craft winning bid strategies.
- Be the face of the company during client presentations—show them why we’re the best!
Building the Vision (Construction Phase)
- Drive Progress: Host weekly catch- ups with the team and clients to keep everyone on the same page.
- Ownership: Manage the project budget, payment claims, and schedule. You’re the captain of this ship!
- Problem Solve: Create risk management plans and stay one step ahead of potential hurdles.
- Team Spirit: Influence and motivate our sub- contractors and vendors to deliver their best work.
- Quality Control: Ensure the design and construction meet our high standards every step of the way.
