Project Manager (Software Service)

• Manage the project following Agile Scrum process.
• Manage team members&039; work progress and performance. Assign tasks to empower and encourage the team member to develop personal skills, and abilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the customer to define project scope and objectives.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Proactive in suggesting initiatives to improve the working process and the team&039;s performance
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and budget to customer’s satisfaction.

• At least 2 years of experience in software project management.
• Good communication skills and work ethic
• Detail- orientation, with strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of Project, and an obsession about the customer experience.
• Ability to interact with executives, clients, managers, subject matter experts, and product owners.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across organizational levels (Ielts >=7.0)
• A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability to establish strong working relationships, and enjoy being part of a team of like- minded individuals.
