We are looking for some developers to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do:
● Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
● Managing the day- to- day activities of the team.
● Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
● Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
● Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
● Delegating members to finish team goals.
● Working with Product Owner and Technical Manager directly
● Supporting to Conduct half year performance reviews.
● Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
● Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Yêu cầu công việc
● Plus point: Agile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (PSM I, PSM II, PSM III) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master)
● On- the- job training.
● Jira experience or similar
● Minimum of 3+ years experience working with Agile/Scrum
● Confidence and skillful leadership skills.
● Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
● Excellent communication skills.
