InBold is a brand new strategic, 360º creative communications agency, built from a merger of Essencius and The Color Club. We’ve joined together to build outstanding narratives for brands and create stories that are truly worth sharing.
Your role:
You will be liaising between our service teams and the clients, handling day- to- day projects’ operations to deliver quality outputs in a timely manner. What you get to work on and manage will develop naturally as you progress further in your career at InBold.
Responsibilities:
Project management & Client relationship management:

Arrange contracts with clients as and when necessary
Work closely with service teams to have an efficient resource allocation
Maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding regular meetings
Monitor projects’ performance on a daily basis to ensure delivering projects on time with high quality
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and timeline
Issue quotes at project start and invoices at project completion

Workflow overview & Optimization:

Work closely with Project lead and other stakeholders to review workflow and propose optimization ideas
Analyze clients’ profile in coordination with Project lead according to specifications and prepare requested reports to serve for evaluation purposes.

You as a person

At least 3 years of working experience related to Project Management, Project Coordination or Account Management, ideally in a creative environment
Able to multi- task across multi- faceted creative projects
Hands- on experience with managing clients and teams
Be proactive and timely support project teams to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks
Able to adapt to change and respond positively when facing new challenges
Strong English communication

Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader.

Morning Shift: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Evening Shift: 1:00 PM- 9:00 PM

Report to Project Management Team Lead
Probation period: 60 days
Working Schedule: Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.
