Project Manager

Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when joining the bidding activitites.
Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Managing the project progress and adapt work as required using Agile methodology, probably switch to the Scaled Agile model when team size increasing.
Managing the project from planning to closing (build up a team, define way of work, communication plan, relationship, engagement … ) follwing a project plan.
Prepare project status reports and transparent to all stakeholders.
Track project KPIs in order to meet organization KPIs.
Communicate directly with the customer, stackholders and be able to negotiate/convince to customer to deal with the capacities of the project team (including technical aspect).

Have a strong knowledge in software development life- cycle from Requirement definition to System Testing.
5- 8 years of project management and related experiences.
Be familiar with Agile and Scaled Agile working methodology in software development
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Self- motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
Good presentation skill, ability to write a speech or presentation.
Graduated from IT field.
Good knowledgeable in techniques.
Excellent written and oral communication skill in English.
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
Ability to work independently to prepare the bidding materials (including technique aspects).
