Project Sales Executive - M&E Segment
Mô tả công việc
• Project Development: Identify and develop new project opportunities in M&E construction (buildings, factories, resorts…), collect project data, assess potential, and build strategic customer networks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, contractors, M&E/ELV integrators, and design consultants to stay updated on design changes, bidding plans, and project progress.
• Planning & Reporting: Conduct regular business reviews and propose upcoming sales strategies and targets.
• Technical & Commercial Coordination: Work closely with the technical team to prepare quotations and technical–economic proposals accurately and on schedule.
• Contract Negotiation & Execution: Participate in contract negotiation and signing; monitor project progress; support acceptance, delivery, payment, and contract closure.
