Achieve annual sales target in assigned area of market.
- Achieve sales Contract target with sustainable growth in alignment with grow strategy of Lixil’s project business
- Develop and deliver opportunities through all relevant channels, obtain pipeline for target sales
- Achieve sales Delivery target with sustainable growth in alignment with grow strategy of Lixil’s project business
- Aggressively expand business opportunities by seeking new potential customers in the area of responsibility to increase market coverage, achieve sustainable sales pipeline.
Cooperating with specification team, sales support team & distributors in order to achieve 30% winning rate;
Often responsible for project sales database update, on time submission of report & forecast potential future projects;
Co- ordinate with customer services department, production, technical services and logistics to ensure prompt delivery, good technical service and product availability to customers&039; needs;
Report to project sales leader;
Keep close to the market movement to adjust activity to ensure continuous grow in sales

Yêu cầu công việc
- 2 years in Project sales.
- Have good learning ability
- Office Communication/ Computing skills
- Commercial negotiation skills /Good sales closing skills
- Have good technical knowledge/ product knowledge
- Networking skills
- University degree
- Be accountable for own actions.
- Have Problem solving skill, Communication skill, presentation skill.
- Understand sales process, construction process. sense of ownership.
- Understand brand and project market
