Property Agent (Freelance)

The Property Agent is responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing properties while providing professional advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage client leads.
Market and promote residential and/or commercial properties.
Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on inquiries.
Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
Prepare and coordinate contracts and documentation.
Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements.

Requirements:

At least 1- 2 years minimum experience in selling/leasing properties.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

*Payment terms are discussed during the initial interview.

At least 1 year experience with handling/selling property.

To offer the employee from 7% to $1,500.
It cannot be lesser than 7%, but the max amount of $1,500 will be decreased by 100$ for each week of delay until it gets lesser than 7%. 7% will be the min commission.
Max paid working hours the company gives for this per week is 10 hours. However, the company does not limit the employee in working more if they want to achieve the commission.
