Property, Facilities & Asset Security Executive

• Coordinate with stakeholders such as internal departments, service providers, and Facilities teams to support service quality improvement and effective security operations.
• Provide first- response support for security- related emergencies and urgent situations on a 24- hour basis, following established processes and escalation procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.
• Support physical security services and asset protection activities to ensure effective daily operations and issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain access management, key management, and security patrol processes to ensure controlled access and site security in line with approved procedures.
• Maintain and control company security- related assets, CCTV, and access control systems in accordance with defined guidelines and procedures.
• Operate and monitor security systems and tools, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and related facilities management systems, to ensure system availability and proper usage.
• Operate and supervise daily security guard activities, including access control, rostering coordination, incident handling, and routine reporting, to maintain consistent security coverage.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
• Support compliance activities by updating and applying Bosch and other PRS requirements and preparing documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other relevant audits.
