Control services in a building such as parking lot, swimming pool, community room, children&039;s play room, Gym room, etc. and ensure high- end quality for residents.
Select service providers within budgeted management fee allocation.
Prepare for establishment of the Management Board and for handover to the Management Board.
Save energy, water and other extra costs.
Control tenants such as banks, restaurants (if any), other services to make sure they follow the standard of the building regulations related to fire prevention and fighting, safety, general beauty, high- end services ...
Ensure that the technical equipment in the building is operated in accordance with the manufacturers’ standard and meeting all safety requirements.
Ensure proper operation of the building in accordance with the law.
Assist and coordinate with related departments for company’s events.
Ensure high standard of services of Security, Cleaning, Landscape, Pest Control, etc.
Good customer service and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
Carry out assigned duties from superiors.
Calculate revenue, operating expenses, management cost, parking fee for each project.
Ensure that the operating expenses for buildings do not exceed budgets approved by BOD.
Ensure the insurance for the building at a reasonable cost and followed the law.
