Remove trash and dispose of waste according to hotel policies.
Support housekeeping and other departments for special events or deep cleaning projects.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
Ensure all public areas are well- stocked with amenities such as toiletries, hand sanitizers, and tissues.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper condition and storage.
Assist guests politely when they request information or directions.
Ensure public areas are always presentable and welcoming to guests.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces as required.

Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
Previous experience in public area cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage.
Friendly and service- oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and public area maintenance.
No formal education required (preferred: secondary school level).
