Public Area Attendant - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre - opening

Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the Park Hyatt brand promise at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and employee areas.
Clean furniture, fixtures, glass, and mirrors; polish brass and stainless steel.
Replace amenities and toiletries where required.
Attend required meetings and trainings; positively represent the Park Hyatt brand.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, and shampoo carpets and upholstery as per daily checklist.
Cooperate closely with Engineering and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Report lost items, damages, and maintenance issues promptly.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Pre- opening experience is preferable
Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage
3 years of experience in the same position
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, Vietnamese or Korean
Luxury background in resort and urban city
