Public Area Supervisor

To be responsible to the general operation performance regarding hotel public area of Housekeeping Department.
To assist in the training programs of employees, ensure that they acquire the professional skills, knowledge and communication to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency, also complete understanding and adhere to the Hotel&039;s Employee rules and regulations.
To conduct Housekeeping operations reports regarding Public Area.
All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
To supervise, maintain and improve or innovate employee standards in order to provide courteous and professional service at all times.
