Direct, supervise, and coordinate all kitchen operations for restaurants, bars, in- room dining, banquets, and special events.
Develop and implement innovative menus, seasonal offerings, and signature dishes aligned with the hotel’s brand standards.
Enforce strict compliance with HACCP standards and all local food safety regulations.
Manage food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock rotation; coordinate with suppliers to ensure premium- quality products.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, fine- dining standards, and modern cooking techniques.
High level of creativity and commitment to excellence.Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of culinary experience including at least 2 years in a leadership role at a luxury or 5- star hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
