Calculate and post monthly depreciation and amortization entries.
Conduct periodic physical asset counts and assist in annual inventory verification.
Maintain and update the hotel’s fixed asset register, including rooms, furniture, fixtures & equipment, kitchen equipment, IT systems, spa/gym equipment, and other operational assets.
Prepare fixed asset reports for month- end, year- end closing, and management reporting.
Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and corporate financial policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting and depreciation methods.•
Able to communicate confidently in English.
1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry.
