Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
Support the Outlet Manager in planning and organizing shifts and staff schedules.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and control.
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Support in achieving outlet sales targets and controlling operating costs.
Perform cashier duties and handle financial transactions when required.
Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Ensure that all team members adhere to service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to maintain seamless service.
Yêu cầu công việc
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and problem- solving abilities.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
