Responsibilities

Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities, savings, and supplier performance to senior management.
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new suppliers, products, and cost- effective procurement opportunities.
Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
Resolve issues and disputes with suppliers regarding pricing, quality, and delivery.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Office software and material management systems.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain or a related position.
Bachelor&039;s or Graduate&039;s Degree in related field.
