• Liaising with suppliers and representatives to research new products.
• Maintaining regular communication with departments on deliveries and outstanding orders.
• Sourcing supplies and negotiating commercial terms.
• Regularly compare the prices charged by hotel’s supplier with those of other vendor in the markets to ensure that the hotel can always buy at the best possible price without jeopardizing quality.
• Processing all purchase requests submitted by Department/Outlets.
• Coordinating with Cost Controller to maintain optimal stock levels for efficient running of departments
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in English and computer literate.
Strong inter- personality and leadership skills.
2 years working experience as similar position at luxury hotel & resort.
Bachaelor degree in Hospitality Management /Finance / Business Management or related degrees.
Management Principles, excellent public speaking skills and good people development skills.
