Purchasing Officer/ Nhân Viên Mua Hàng

Responsible in following with the Directorate of Customs keeping customs receipts, renewed and updated.
May assist with other duties as assigned by management
Other ad- hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
Keeps the hotel vehicles clean and polished properly at all times.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
Responsible in keeping the receiving area clean and tidy.
Runs errands for the Purchasing Manager.
Responsible in maintaining a good relationship with all suppliers, keeping a polite and professional attitude at all times
Updates all Purchase Order files and aids the Purchasing Secretary in updating filing as well
Clears imported goods from the airport as and when required
Responsible to negotiate with the suppliers best possible prices for goods to help keep the hotels expenditure to a minimum.
Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
To purchase urgent items required from other countries when not available locally.
Fully in charge of the day to day purchases for all departments in the hotel
Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
Complies with the hotels Fire, Health & Safety policies
To follow up with all department orders with suppliers and update accordingly.
To obtain 3 quotations at all times for cash purchases.

Knowledge and skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Able to read and write English
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
