Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist

The Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the procurement of goods and services at optimal cost. This role supports the development of sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, and drives cost optimization while maintaining product quality and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, terms, and contract conditions.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
Identify cost- saving opportunities and support budgeting activities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Logistics, etc.).
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with business needs and cost objectives.
Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures.

Workplace: Lot A1- 6, N5 Street, Cu Chi North west Industrial Park, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City)
Working hour: 08:00- 17:30 (Monday- Friday)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
2–5+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Knowledge of contract management and supplier evaluation.
