PURCHASING STAFF (HCM)

Follow up on Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders to ensure on- time delivery.
Negotiate with and manage suppliers.
Coordinate with business teams to understand customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service quality.
Ensure compliance with all applicable purchasing laws and regulations.
Adhere to company anti- corruption and anti- bribery policies.
Source products and services to meet cost targets and quality standards.
Maintain updated and competitive pricing.
Develop and manage product categories.
Train suppliers on system usage.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proactive, self- motivated, and hardworking
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Fluent in English with strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
1–2 years of experience in purchasing is preferred.
