Job Summary
The Purchasing Supervisor oversees the procurement team and function, developing strategies to optimize purchasing processes, control costs, and ensure a reliable supply of quality products. This role involves strategic planning, vendor contract management, and contributing to the hotel&039;s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the purchasing team.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies, policies, and cost- saving initiatives.
Resolve complex purchasing issues and collaborate with department heads on their supply
Analyze market trends and spending patterns to prepare procurement budgets and reports.
Oversee the entire procurement cycle and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Manage key supplier contracts, negotiations, and relationships to secure advantageous terms.
Yêu cầu công việc
In- depth knowledge of hospitality procurement standards, inventory control, and F&B cost management.
Minimum 3- 4 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract management, and achieving significant cost savings.
Excellent leadership, negotiation.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
