Review and approve purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Supervise purchasing host, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training and coaching.
Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
Liaise closely with Warehouse, Operations, Logistics partners, Finance, F&B, Kitchen, and Engineering to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, supplier databases, and shipment documentation.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, delivery terms, and service.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier optimization.
Monitor order status, delivery timelines, transportation arrangements, and resolve any delays or discrepancies promptly.
Oversee receiving and inspection of goods in Ho Chi Minh City, ensuring correct quantity, quality, specifications, and compliance with purchase orders.
Support inventory control, stock planning, and cost control initiatives to optimize purchasing efficiency.
Supervise and manage daily purchasing operations for food, beverage, operating supplies, equipment, and services in line with approved policies, procedures, and budgets.
Prepare and analyze purchasing and logistics reports for management review.
Coordinate logistics, consolidation, and shipment of goods from Ho Chi Minh City to Con Dao in line with operational requirements and delivery schedules.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Yêu cầu công việc
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
Willing to work based in Ho Chi Minh City and coordinate shipments to Con Dao.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and purchasing / ERP systems.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
Good knowledge of procurement procedures, contract management, inventory control, and transportation operations.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing and/or supply chain operations, preferably in hospitality, retail, FMCG, or logistics environments, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, problem- solving, and organizational skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, goods receiving, and logistics coordination.
