Python Developer (Hybrid) - Influence English

About the Role
We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team and work on an exciting project for our main customer.
The ideal candidate has good communication skills in English, solid experience in Python and MongoDB, and enjoys collaborating in an international environment.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues in development or production environments.
• Develop and maintain system features based on customer requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions, meetings, and reviews in English.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Required Skills
• At least 1 year of experience in Python and MongoDB.
• Strong experience with API development and integration.
• Confident English communication — able to join meetings and work regularly in English.
• Insurance domain knowledge or experience is a strong plus.
