QA Engineer (Tester - Have Japanese)

Create test cases and test plans based on system design documents and business requirement specifications.
Manage, analyze, and track test results (both personal and team- wide); report testing status periodically or immediately to superiors when needed.
Manage bugs, track the bug- fixing progress of developers, and conduct re- testing and regression testing.
Plan, write test cases, and execute tests for website and mobile app projects based on customer requirements.
Develop and establish testing processes and workflows in coordination with cross- functional teams to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with the development team in the analysis, design, and feature development stages.
Prepare test- related documents, analyze test results, and report outcomes clearly.
Research and apply testing tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Support projects that face quality issues to improve testing effectiveness and outcomes.
Manage testing schedules and support quality assurance across multiple projects.

Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
Hands- on experience in web and mobile app testing; experience with tools for API testing and performance testing is a plus.
Familiar with product development processes, especially Agile and Scrum frameworks.
At least 4 years of experience in a QA role.
Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and methodologies.
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent) is highly preferred.
