Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail- oriented Manual QA/QC Engineer to join our team. A minimum of one year&039;s expertise in quality assurance and quality control processes is required. As a Manual QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and dependability of our products.
Responsibilities:
Execute test cases and document test results, including defects and issues found during testing.
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts that effectively cover all aspects of the software, including edge cases and user scenarios.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and user expectations.
Conduct manual testing of software applications and systems to identify defects and ensure functionality meets quality standards.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, potential issues, and improvements to the QA/QC process.
Identify, report, and track defects using designated tools, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

Must have:
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Own work planning and reporting
More than 1.5 years in a similar role.
Design, write test cases and execute test cases
Ability to analyze problems in detail, helping engineers determine the root cause in order to resolve the issue quickly.
Ability to read & understand English documents.
Nice to have:
Have domain knowledge ERP, SAP is a plus
Experience working within an Agile environment.
Have good spoken of English
Experience in API testing.
