QA/QC Supervisor

Inspect raw materials, in- process production, and finished products to meet company standards and buyer requirements.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
Prepare QC reports and communicate with management and customers.
Train and support QC staff to improve technical knowledge and inspection skills.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and buyers – Chinese communication is a strong advantage.
Supervise and manage the QC team to ensure product quality in women’s sweaters and knitwear.
Identify quality issues, provide solutions, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customers’ specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control within the garment industry, especially sweaters/knitwear for women.
Bachelor’s degree in Garment, Textile, or related fields.
Good leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Strong knowledge of garment inspection, knitwear production, and quality standards.
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
Chinese language skills (Mandarin) are an advantage.
Experience with international brands is a plus.
