JOB PURPOSES
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all functional and non- functional aspects of the application.
Execute manual testing of mobile and web applications across different platforms and devices including all testing activities.
Perform API testing to verify the integrity, accuracy, and performance of backend services
Log & track, and follow up on bugs using standard defect tracking tools
Conduct database validation to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Contribute to test documentation and reporting, including test results, defects, and status updates
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios
Actively contribute idea to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards within the team
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Testing and Quality Assurance
Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
Conduct manual and automated testing for web and mobile HR applications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Validate the software’s performance and reliability through rigorous testing methods.
Follow Up for Issue Verification and Bug Resolution
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of bugs and issues.
Track and verify issues found during testing.

2- 3 years of working experience in QA/QC
Bachelor’s degree with major in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
G- local Competencies: Business Knowledge, Insights, Strategies and Solutions; Industry knowledge; English (CEFR Global Scale)
