- Job Summary
The QA Staff is responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality throughout the furniture manufacturing process to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and international quality standards. This role supports production, engineering, and related departments to maintain consistent product quality and prevent defects
- Key Responsibilities
+ Product Testing & Evaluation
Identify defects, non- conformities, and potential quality risks.
Issue inspection reports and non- conformance reports (NCR) when necessary.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct in- line and final inspections for furniture products (wooden, metal, upholstery, etc.).
Quality Control & Compliance
Verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure products meet customer specifications and applicable standards (BIFMA, EN, ASTM, etc.).
+ Documentation & Reporting
Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
Update and control quality documents as required.
+ Customer & Supplier Support
Participate in root cause analysis for customer complaints.
Support customer inspections and third- party audits.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding incoming material quality issues if required.

- Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
English communication skills (basic to intermediate).
Proficient in MS Office.
At least 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC in furniture manufacturing.
Knowledge of furniture standards (BIFMA, EN, ASTM) is preferred.
Good problem- solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Wood Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
